Pool Compliance Certificates

A Pool Compliance Certificate or Certificate of Compliance is now mandatory on rental homes with swimming pools or spas – both indoor and outdoor. Once a pool compliance certificate is issued, it will remain in effect for a period of 3 years. Sydney Pool Inspections have been providing pool compliance inspections and certificates through the greater Sydney region since the introduction of the NSW pool fencing regulation in 2016.
