Pool Certification in NSW:
It is now a requirment to obtain a pool comliance certificate when a property is sold or leased in NSW. A certificate of compliance states that the pool fencing complies with the NSW pool fencing regulations at the time it is issued. To obtain a pool compliance certificate you must first have the fencing around your swimning pool or spa inspected by an E1 accredited certifier. Only once the fencing has been inspected and is found to be compliant can a pool compliance certificate be issued.
